If you haven’t seen Matt Lucas’ Pompidou, you should rectify that immediately. It’s charming and beguiling. The nonsense jibberish language is infectious, and it has some properly brilliant visual gags in it.
From the ear worm opening titles …
… to the characterisation …
… to the gags and puppetry …
… it’s all great.
But get in on DVD, because then you get the equally excellent commentaries.
