Having watched the rerun of Rik Mayall: Lord Of Misrule, I popped on a bit of Bottom, and laughed out loud all the way through, in spite of knowing those episodes almost beat by beat. Aside from the slapstick and melancholy, it does an amazing job of skewering notions of masculine entitlement.
