The Weird Connection Between Drop Dead Fred And Terminator 2

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a video like this before. It’s a promotional film for Video Rental Stores, hocking Terminator 2: Judgement Day to store owners across the States.

Either I’m misremembering the size of VHS tapes, or the tape Robert Patrick is holding is a bit small, or his hands are massive.

Then there’s the bundling of Drop Dead Fred into the mix. Hardly an ideal companion piece, unless they thought people would be renting that instead of T2.

Also, if I was watching a movie with that Dad, he would have been roundly slapped every time he hit Rewind.
