Clickspring – Or How To Build A Clock

There’s a lovely channel on YouTube called Clickspring. It’s beautifully shot and narrated, and follows one man’s experience from start to finish as he builds a clock from scratch. If he needs any specialist tools along the way, he makes those too. It doesn’t need a spoiler alert to say he has just completed the project, and this is the final result.

And if that gives you a taste for more, you really should watch the series from the beginning. If you don’t end up wanting to buy a metal lathe and desktop milling machine, you’re a stronger person that I am.
