One of the more memorable of my live stand up experiences was watching Phil Kay expound an hour long shaggy dog story about some fish and chips. I think my first experience of him would have been his appearances on TV, perhaps on Edinburgh Nights, or Festival of Fun, or maybe even The Stand Up Show.
But I do remember seeing Phil Kay Feels, his series of six stand up shows for Channel 4 in 1997.
