Tickets, Please

What’s nice about sitcom pilots made in the US during a certain period is that some of them actually made it to the air, to fill time in the summer. CBS called this strand Summer Playhouse. So, on September 6th of 1988, viewers had a chance to watch Tickets, Please.

It was created by Charlie Peters, who later went on to write Three Men And A Little Lady. The ensemble cast included Cleavon Little and Yeardley Smith.
